Roland Drach, I've been working more than 17 years at Sefar AG, Switzerland as an Area Sales Manger. Commercially I am responsible for Germany, Nederlands, Skandinavia, and the CIS area. Beside the commercial business I have a wide skill in the technical field of the textil and screen printing applications. Overlapping projects (technical as well as commercial) together with worldwide operating key account customer is one of my speciality.
Debbie has worked in digital printing for over 20 years, including 10 years in senior positions at specialist digital printing consultancy companies such as BIS Strategic Decisions, IT Strategies and CAP Ventures. Debbie joined Xaar as Head of Group Marketing in the late 90’s and then moved on to be Director of Business Development at AIP Ltd, a liquid toner technology JV between RLA and TTP. More recently Debbie was VP EMEA Operations at iTi - an inkjet integrator and materials deposition device manufacturer. In early 2010, Debbie was appointed Business Development Director at Global Inkjet Systems Ltd, a leading developer of software drivers and electronics. Debbie has a BA degree in Modern Languages from Manchester University and an MBA from Durham University Business School.
Dirk Exner, born in 1964, is with Phoseon since 2010. He has an engineering degree from University of Applied Sciences Cologne, is married and has two children. Before joining Phoseon, he worked for color management specialist X-Rite in various positions, and print head manufacturer Xaar.
Phil has been in the printing industry with SunChemical for almost 20 years and has always specialised in niche sectors, emerging markets and industrial applications. He has a wealth of experience across all print disciplines and has successfully delivered many projects to fruition.
Previous roles in security printing and brand protection saw him spending several years living in Asia as Business Development Manager. He is currently Product Manager - Industrial Inkjet - for SunJet in the UK.
Phil holds a BSc (Hons) in Industrial Management from Nottingham Trent University
Pascal Iffland is the product manager for container printing inks at Marabu, a world‐leading manufacturer of screen, digital and pad printing inks. His responsibilities include primarily the development of products for the packaging market, especially UV screen printing processes on containers, and the supervision of key and international accounts. The focuses of the product development are UV inks for the food packaging regulation and the UV LED curing process. After completing the master school in screen printing, he obtained a master certificate of Technical Management. Thanks to his huge experience in the printing industry he is a competent and experienced specialist in this sector.
John has 27 years experience of the industrial inkjet market. He has held senior roles in many well known inkjet companies.
In 2006 he formed Industrial Inkjet Ltd to provide technical and design support to customers of Konica Minolta Inkjet Technology outside of Asia. Industrial Inkjet now has total sales of approximately US$22million. IIJ has developed its own range of high speed colour single-pass inkjet print engines. IIJ works with many major companies worldwide to develop inkjet for new applications.
John has a BSc in Electronics from Aston University in UK.
Harald graduated with a BSc in Electronics and Mathematics from Hamburg University, Germany and with an MSc in Control Engineering from Cranfield Institute of Technology, England.
He worked as technical manager for Baker Perkins in England, a manufacturer of web-offset printing presses for commercial printing. He joined AUCOTEC, a German software company, in 1994 and established the North American sales company, AUCOTEC, Inc.
He returned to England in 1998, where he founded Path 2 Print Ltd as a sales company for ISIMAT's screen printing machines in the UK and Ireland. Harald joined ISIMAT in Germany as Sales & Marketing Director in autumn 2007. He moved to Scotland for private reasons in March 2015 and is now working as ISIMAT's agent in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Already been shaped by engineering in early childhood, Roland Visotschnig decided to pursue a technical education. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Stuttgart. During his studies he first came in contact with additive manufacturing, especially with polyjet or multijet technology. After finishing his diploma thesis he started as research fellow at Fraunhofer IPA. While working on machine and process developments based on piezo‐inkjet technology the focus changed from additive manufacturing towards industrial printing. Since 2014 Roland Visotschnig works at Marabu as Product Manager for Digital UV inks.
